Shipping

1. We use a reputable courier company to ensure that your item is delivered 100% safe and secure.
2. We will send you the tracking details so that you can keep an eye on your parcel and track the date and time of delivery. 
3. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, however, this may vary in some cases like public holidays, long weekends, or out of stock for certain products. 
4. Our friendly customer service consultant will always be in touch with you if there are any delays or issues with delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Items should be returned in good condition along with the receipt. 
2. The packaging should also be in the original condition in the original shipping container as received by the customer.
3. Used or damaged items by the customer are not entitled to any refunds.
4. Our company is not responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. 
5. Once we have checked and confirm the items, customers will receive their refund within 7 days after the confirmation.
